THE REVIEW
We offer varying levels of review, tailored to your specific needs. From a specific focus on one or two pillars, such as Security and Cost Optimisation, through to a full review across all 6 pillars.
The review is a collaborative activity, albeit with us doing much of the heavy lifting of the review itself, to be able to engage, ask questions and deepen your understanding, as well as a point-in-time assessment with prescriptive actions on how to continue to improve.
Our process follows three primary phases:

Phase 1
Based on the profile of the review we are undertaking, we will provide you with a multiple-choice questionnaire to complete and request ‘read-only’ access to your AWS environment.
Phase 2
The Green Custard team will undertake a comprehensive review of your AWS environment and complete the AWS Well-Architected Framework Review. Depending on the profile of the review, this will involve a manual audit by a certified AWS Solution Architect and utilising a collection of approved tools.
Phase 3
Green Custard will create a detailed report of the findings from the AWS Well-Architected Framework Review, together with prescriptive actions to remediate any identified High Risk items. These will be provided in both a report form and presented in a live session.
