The Review
We tailor the depth of the review to suit your goals. Whether you need a focused assessment on key pillars like Reliability and Security, or a full evaluation across all six (Cost Optimisation, Performance Efficiency, Sustainability and Operational Excellence).
This is a collaborative process: while we handle the detailed analysis, you’re actively involved through discussion and insight-sharing to ensure the outcomes are relevant and actionable. You'll walk away with a clear, point-in-time assessment of your data workload and a set of prescriptive, prioritised actions to enhance scalability, efficiency, and data value going forward.
Our process follows three primary phases:

Phase 1
Based on the profile of the review we are undertaking, we will provide you with a multiple-choice questionnaire to complete and request ‘read-only’ access to your AWS environment.
Phase 2
The Green Custard team will undertake a comprehensive review of your AWS environment and complete the AWS Well-Architected Framework Review. Depending on the profile of the review, this will involve a manual audit by a certified AWS Solution Architect and utilising a collection of approved tools.
Phase 3
Green Custard will create a detailed report of the findings from the AWS Well-Architected Framework Review, together with prescriptive actions to remediate any identified High Risk items. These will be provided in both a report form and presented in a live session.
